Riley has been a licensed tattoo artist since 2021. She moved from Chico, CA in 2016 with her dog named “Small Dog” to enjoy the greener pastures that Oregon has to offer. The goal is to make lasting art with no stress or pressure that you are happy with for the rest of your life, and have a good time doing it.
